Do I need an account to request prayer?

No. A request is all you need. Name is optional; email is required only if you ask for follow-up.

Who sees my prayer?

Authorized prayer staff. Choose Pastor only to restrict access to pastoral staff and administrators. Prayer requests are never published automatically, including requests marked testimony eligible.

How do I track a request?

Sign in before submitting to see it in My Prayer Requests. Creating an account after a guest request does not automatically link it. This prevents someone from claiming private content using an email address alone.

Will someone contact me immediately?

No response time is guaranteed. Email is the supported follow-up method. Team portal messages are visible in your prayer history; recording an email follow-up does not automatically send an email.

Can I remove a testimony?

Use Withdraw consent in My Testimonies. It immediately stops appearing in the public feed. Previously shared copies may still exist.

Can AI answers be wrong?

Yes. Check Scripture and sources, and seek counsel from your church. Private prayer requests are not sent to the research AI.
